- Perform sensory evaluation of products through structured sensory panels.
- Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials and conduct in-process packaging analysis.
- Manage stock release on WMS and ensure compliance with internal quality criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the floor to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
- Supervise packers and machine operators to maintain consistent quality standards during production.
- Verify all required quality checks are completed and approved prior to production start-up.
- Monitor in-process quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality requirements.
