I am a passionate and innovative young man that is always eager to learn new ventures. I am currently responsible for Delivery Systems in the eCommerce Department Massmart, where my role is mainly focused in providing customer service and service delivery from IT and all the business Vendors in the Ecommerce space, ensuring cutting edge systems, technologies, processes and people are engineered/implemented to produce efficiency and effectiveness in the Massmart stored. Furthermore, I have learned skills such as drafting documentation and process mapping with the aim of identifying and improving redundant workflows, seeing gaps in process and delivering technology to bridge that gap, project management.

Passionate in continuous learning and self-development, completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Business management with Distinction from Regenesys Business School and currently pursuing my Masters degree in Industrial Engineering at WITS University. Through my skills, educational background and experience in Applications, I can add value to any team.

• Analyze processes to identify redundant areas and optimize the process (Process mapping).
• Plan and manage Omni and Digitization and Acceleration optimization projects till implementation and support (GIF, GSCOPE, RFID, FAREYE to name a few).
• Develop requirements and standards/ drafting documentation eg Business Intake forms, How to guides, testing documentation, system processes.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce sites by meeting the customer's demands.
