- Worked on a strategic brand communications brief for Chicken Licken focused on reconnecting the brand’s core values with its audience
- Conducted extensive audience and cultural research, including primary survey research and secondary research using Google and social media platforms
- Identified a key consumer insight: “the taste that makes Mzansi move” as a cultural and emotional brand connector• Collaborated with the design team to translate strategic insights into an integrated campaign concept and visual direction

South African Cities Network (SACN) – Cities Connect Sustainability Strategy (University–
Industry Linked, 2025)
- Worked on a strategic communications and positioning brief for the South African Cities Network
(SACN) focused on sustainability within Gauteng
- Conducted stakeholder and sponsor mapping to identify funders and partners aligned with urban sustainability objectives
- Analyzed SACN’s role within the urban development ecosystem to inform a clearer positioning strategy
- Developed a strategic recommendation to position SACN as a “Cities Connect” platform linking cities,
funders, and development partners
- Contributed to messaging development, content structuring, and strategic rationale
- Collaborated within a team to produce a comprehensive strategic document outlining positioning,
partnerships, and sustainability impact
