I am a versatile accountant that has experience in all areas of the economy. My experience extends from accountant /bookkeeper level to Financial Manager roles.

All accounting duties and functions including daily processing
Reconciliations of sub-ledgers to controls
Assisting with implementation of month end reporting procedures and management accounts
Assisting and implementation of Inventory systems and controls
Maintenance and costing of product recipes (BOMS)
Assisting and implementation of audit packs
Drafting of annual financial statements
Assisting and submission of VAT / Employee Tax submissions
Close and reconciliation of sub-ledgers
Fixed Asset Month end reporting
Ensure all assets are recorded on asset register and tax register
Account for the movement of fixed assets – transfers and disposals
Ensure that all assets are accounted for in terms of policy
Reconcile the fixed asset register and general ledger on a monthly basis
Financial Statements and compliance Taxation
Preparation of Income tax returns and submission of same.
Ensure that the statutory reports are completed within the agreed timeframes.
Prepare statutory accounts and returns in accordance with relevant legislation.
Keep abreast on changes in international accounting standards and advise of changes
Maintain a sound internal control environment
Liaise with external auditors.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting ( BCompt)
