I have worked with technical equipment and managed daily business operations for 19 years. I enjoy being hands-on and making sure a workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
In my past roles, I have spent a lot of time leading teams on the floor, looking after stock levels, and handling technical hardware. For example, I have supervised dispatch and loading operations, used Sage for invoicing and orders, and fixed or upgraded hundreds of computer systems. I am also used to talking with customers every day and helping them find the right technical solutions for their needs.
I am a hardworking person who likes to solve problems and stay reliable for the team. I live in Hoedspruit and am ready to use my experience to help your business succeed.
Technical & IT Experience
Systems & Hardware: You have spent nearly two decades diagnosing and fixing computer hardware. You have personally repaired or upgraded over 220 systems and handled thousands of technical queries from users.
Hands-on Technical Work: Beyond computers, you have worked on maintenance for industrial farming equipment and built custom power units (UPS systems) for clients.
Operations & Management
Supervision: You have experience as a General Supervisor, where you were in charge of daily floor work, managing a team, and overseeing the loading and dispatch of goods.
Inventory Control: You are used to being responsible for stock. This includes doing regular stock-takes, managing raw materials, and keeping track of technical spare parts to make sure a business doesn't run out of what it needs.
Administration & Sales
Office Systems: You are comfortable using Sage accounting software for daily business tasks like creating quotes, processing invoices, and placing orders with suppliers.
Customer Support: You have a long history of talking to customers every day, helping them understand technical products, and giving them practical advice on what to buy.
Current Focus
While working, you are also improving your skills by studying for a degree in Computer Science, where you have consistently stayed on the Dean’s and Honours lists for your academic results.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (In Progress)
Currently a second-year student at University of the People.
Focusing on learning the fundamentals of computing and systems.

Successfully completed Grade 12.

Certified to teach English as a foreign language.
