I have experience in Sales, event management, course scheduling, transfers & Logistics, account management & Marketing.
Servicing of clients from enquiry to delivery as well as handling sensitivie high priority clients in their travel arrangements while also dealing with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
Course scheduling in order to maximize sales and increase bednights throughout the camp as well as handling of customer service related queries (complaints etc.)
