assistant manager/ sales associate March 2019 – Feb 2020

as an assistant manager and sales associate in cash converters my responsibilities were to manage the distribution of funds within Southgate branch and Greenstone branch. This means I would manage the distribution to the employees such as, those who work at the tills, Personal loan department and Purchasing department. I would also manage the records of daily activity such as, expense recording Item value and history storage, correction of Item descriptions etc.

My role in the Purchasing department was to communicate with clients to bring stock into the store for them to sell.

Assistant Manager

• My role was to assist with the fiscal management of the business, such as allocation of funds, etc.
• I was responsible for Employee management, such as ensuring the staff would perform general duties such as cleaning, management of stock, etc.
• It was my duty to ensure the stock was correctly accounted for and managed correctly to ensure all assets and liabilities are accounted for. 
• I was responsible for the transfer of stock and other assets between franchises under our team’s management.

Sales Associate:

• My role was to purchase stock for the business to sell.
• I was responsible for the quality assurance of stock before it is brought into the franchise
• I was responsible for the financial aspects for stock purchase and capital distribution for property loans.
• It was my duty to ensure the safety of customers property over the loan period and the distribution of said property between the franchise and the customers
• I was the in charge of the customer service satisfaction 
• I oversaw the creation of contractual agreements between the customer and the franchise and the redemption of said property

I had begun Bartending to gaining work competencies after graduating from high school and took the time to learn new skills to adapt my knowledge of the creative working environment. To be a bartender you must be able to service a customer to the best of your abilities using a service and a product.

the organization is an event bar team supplier meaning that my position in the company as bar tender is very flexible I can be tasked with hosting simple gatherings to hosting large event with customers such as the president Cyril Ramaphosa. My duties may very from making drinks to serving or curating new drink menus for my trainees and supporting other bar tenders with any tasks given by the company
