Willem Schutte

I am a well experienced and exposed manager in production, quality and improvements (process and system).I have implemented and maintained certification in improvements systems for shop floor employees to self-manage their performance. My strengths are technical and emotional, meaning I believe I have a proven track record of being a strong leader. I believe that the goal of any functional manager is to lead your team to become high-performers and add value to both the business and the customers.

My exposure in different industries and countries has helped me to be more adaptable and flexible in my work approach and at identifying areas of opportunity and improvements in the organization.
