I am a 49-year-old male. I am a qualified debt counsellor NCRDC1188. I am a very dedicated person with a specific sense for detail and correctness. It was therefore that I was utilised in the Military to run Military Units although my rank was far below the required post of a Commanding Officer. I was also utilised to evaluate units to conform to set down instructions.
In the private sector this was also noticed and therefore I was promoted from a normal debt counsellor to the Group Financial Manager of the company in a period of five years. I was able to capture data on 4 different systems simultaneously. Therefore, giving me 28 years of Managerial experience.
I can adjust to different IT systems, and I have the ability to recognise where improvements can be made. I was qualified to use the SAPS Crime Administration System (CAS), Legal Interaction system, as well as Debt Review front programs. I was also requested by the National Payment Distribution Agency (NPDA) for inputs in enhancing their system developed for Debt Counselling.
I was appointed as Office manager Managing all processes and personnel within the Debt Review Regulations. My main responsibilities are to assist Director with advice in the Debt Review Process; Control of all processes with regards to Debt Review; Advise Director on possibilities where to enhance service delivery and processes; Ensure company operates within the National Credit Regulations.
I am very work orientated and therefore I make sure that I keep the company's interest as a very high priority. I am proficient in WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and POWERPOINT.
