What excites me in life is challenges and achieving goals. With many years in processing plants I have gained tremendous experience in the field. I'm a real go getter and team player that is also very technical minded (N3 Mechanical) and are good at problem solving and also continuously strive to improve at my workplace.
I have proven myself in the Safety, Health and Environment principles and are currently S.H.E Chairman and Fire Marshall. Being a team leader for many years I have learned to work with my team, train and coach my teams to work together and to lead by example. I'm a humble person that enjoys the simple things in life like family, friends and the outdoors.
I believe respect is earned and not forced in both my professional and personal life. Last but not least I am busy with my management qualification to empower my knowledge in being the best leader I can be and to achieve my goals in the future.
