I am a dynamic and performance-driven professional. I consider myself a highly organized, thorough, and motivated individual, accustomed to fast paced projects where deadlines and meeting targets are a priority, and handling multiple jobs is a norm. I enjoy a challenge and take pride in my work.

I am a hands-on critical thinker who draws from a wide range of valuable academic and diverse cultural experiences that help produce significant contributions in whatever project I engage in. I am working on being a strong communicator and leader who can successfully develop and implement strategies at different levels.

Worked as a Front of house liaison officer for the University of Johannesburg Arts centre for 6 years. some of the key responsibilities were;

1. Manage and maintain functional relations with all internal and external stakeholders of the events
2.  Link between a team of Theatre ushers and management
3. Ensure strong communication channels that result in early problem identification and trouble shooting
4. Managing clients’ payments for the events hosted
5. Facilitating ushers’ training
6. Allocation of shifts to ushers
7. Addressed and helped resolve conflicts arising during collaborative efforts.
8. Drafted reports and other written correspondence to facilitate communication and keep stakeholders informed.

Currently in my final year of Bachelors of Education with the university of South Africa.
