I have over 12 years of hands-on experience in workshop management, planned maintenance, and fleet operations, primarily in the agricultural and heavy equipment sector.For the past 8 years at Karan Beef Group, I have been the Planned Maintenance Officer, where I manage workshop operations for a large fleet of trucks, tractors, and plant equipment.
