Establishing automated underwriting protocols and guidelines for the risk business and ensuring the consistent application of these protocols and guidelines across PPS South Africa and PPS Australia to secure fair member treatment and an overall positive member experience.

• Optimising underwriting effectiveness and competitiveness through design and delivery of an automated underwriting system capable of mitigating and controlling risk.
• Participate in the design of underwriting policies through stakeholder engagement and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive automated underwriting system through collaboration other carious stakeholders.
• Assist the Underwriting Manager through analysis in ensuring the quality and integrity of automated and transactional underwriting and pricing decisions.
