• Plant and Operation monitoring - Testing of PH, Electrical Conductivity, Sulphates, Temperature and Total dissolved solids.
• Collecting waste water samples for analysis.
• Performing lab tests, treatments and scaling up for plant operations dosing.
• Interpretating and recording results ensuring compliance and quality to municipality discharge standards.

• Allocate duties and Supervise daily operations of Effluent treatment, Oil sludge blending and Filtercake processing.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, 45001,9001 & 14001.
• Monitor process adjustment and dosing rates.
• Monitor Machinery checklist, maintenance and services.
• Conduct toolbox talks, Incident and Accident investigations, hazard identification and standard operating procedure trainings.
• Review and interpret lab results then initiate a corrective action for non compliance.
• Ensure calibration of all lab equipment.
• Ensure all stock of consumable is sufficient and PPE for staff.
• Liason with clients and third party transportation.
• Compile monthly production and process performance reports. Then adjust or improve the process for better outcome.
