A Physical Security and Risk Management Professional with over 30 years' experience all over Africa, both in the traditional sectors of Guarding and Armed Response, as well as in the more challenging field of VIP Protection, I have been living in Cape Town since 2001. Recently branched out in the Health and Fitness industry with the acquisition of Caracals Fitness, a small CrossFit-type gym. An avid outdoor fan, I also enjoy spending time in the great outdoors.
I am a firm believer in “Mens sana in corpore sano” (A healthy mind in a healthy body) I am also a keen student of personal development and a bit of an environmentalist.
Over 30 years of Security work all over Africa with the last 20 years being more focused on South Africa. From Training individuals and staff members to running major VIP protection operations in South Africa, to managing an Armed Response company with 24/7 Control-Room and Technical Support with over 40 staff members, servicing over 1,500 clients in the Southern peninsula of Cape Town. Volunteered as a Law Enforcement Officer (Auxiliary) for the City of Cape Town from 2013 to 2018.
