My 18+ years background in governmental and non-profit public health services has nurtured a strong passion and stewardship for promoting effective social service provision. With 13+ years of knowledge in program evaluation I have utilized my articulate nature to foster collaboration and build consensus towards social services goals. As a leader with 6+ years’ experience I have led research projects to on-time, under budget delivery.
Supporting organizations in efficient and effective social service delivery, I have developed logic models, designed surveys, and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data to determine cost savings and program effectiveness. Using my more than 12+ years of teaching experience I have fostered a continuous learning culture for both myself and others in furthering the aims and objectives of social service provision.
Serving clients from non-profits to governmental agencies, I support achievement of public health goals through supportive evaluation research. I lead research projects from end-to-end, organizing efforts aligned with industry best practices, assigning and monitoring tasks to ensure on-time delivery, while upholding expected quality levels. By defining data sets, collecting qualitative and quantitative data, and designing survey instrumentation, I built rich data to analyze, formulating results and disseminating them through easy-to-understand reports and presentations.
I develop strategic insights, using data to identify trends, and helping clients meet objectives through data-backed decision making. Through project efforts, I manage stakeholders, building partnerships with key stakeholders such as partnering organizations, funding sources, and state officials.
