• Created full technical documentation including sectional details, fenestration schedules, and construction drawings.

• Designed a multi-purpose development on Govan Mbeki Street integrating passive cooling, greywater recycling, and contextual urban design.
• Produced complete construction documentation and detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Developed a full 3D building assembly in 3ds Max, exploring advanced material layering and realistic rendering.
• Introduced to Virtual Reality (VR) visualization tools to evaluate interior spatial experiences and environmental performance.
