I am Yethu Molemela, the 2019 graduate of Culinary Art at International Hotel School.
I am a person who is always willing to learn and start from the bottom so I could gain wisdom and knowledge.
Covid 19 took place and no jobs were available I started my own business where I Cater for people and sell Platters. I want to grow and learn more that is why I am applying willing to start bottom as someone who does prep for an example(chopping all vegetables and moving equipment from point A to B).
The experience I have is having my practical experience at Suncoast hotel Jeera, worked for myself (were I cater and sell food), worked under a catering company called IKhwezi catering, volunteering at the soup kitchen called Amandla Phezulu.

I usually work at the hot kitchen preparing and frying, cooked multiple curries as I worked at Suncoast hotel restaurant Jeera. And also worked in other departments of the kitchen cold and dessert.
City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and cooking (Culinary Art). National Certificate in Professional Cookery(SAQA ID NO:1411,NQF Level 4).
Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality Diploma in Professional cookery.
