Provide support/assistance to the branch manager, production foreman, plant supervisors, and organizational staff as a whole.
Responsible for the control of all documents prior to month end and ensuring that all information is captured on a daily basis and up to date.
Preparation and submission of monthly reports, reconciliations and analysis of variances to management and Head Office monthly.
Personally check all transactions on JDE to ensure they are correct.
Identify and find solutions to problems (stock variances, cash sales,

including Rocla Provident Fund administration.

Assisting the Sales Consultants with their administration duties, e.g. quotations
(generating quotes, updating quotes and sending them to their clients), updating orders,
sending out orders, contacting clients when they’re not able to (when the consultants are on the road).
Welcoming customer/clients and offering assistance in terms of recommending by answering their questions with regards to products and prices that they show interest in or are excited to purchase as well as addressing their concerns.
Managing transactions by taking in payments for stock/product purchased,
Answering customer calls as well as taking in important Client or Company details and updating it on Rocla’s JDE system.
Pulling in as well as compiling daily and monthly reports (for example, the production planning report to the Sales order by Sales executives, and then forwarding them directly to the Sales Manager
