My name is Yolanda Mgqatsa. I’m a 22 year old originally from Port Elizabeth but I reside in Cape Town. I have an incomplete higher certificate in Business Studies which i intend to complete when I finances to do so.
I intend to finish it because I enjoyed the Business Management module. Whenever I finish my certificate I want to further my studies so i can be a manager one day. Right now I want to continue to work in retail so that I can grow , have better people’s skills and better my customer service skills.
