I have a solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant in Business Transformation Projects in, eHR Programme Implementation for various clients, LMS, and CRM Systems Implementation. I have over 10years as a Snr BA and over 8yrs experience in Middle Management Level as both HR IS Manager and OD (Organizational Development) Manager, gained from various Industries i.e., Telecoms, Retail, IT, Financial Services (Investment, Insurance & Banking)
My passion for detail and effective stakeholder engagement has been the bedrock of my success as a Snr BA Consultant and HR Information Systems Manager, and OD Manager over years. As a team player, I have great interpersonal skills which enables me to work well with various workstreams e.g., Scrum Master, Devs, QA, Business SME's and End Users. My communication skills also enable me to effectively elicit requirements from multi-level stakeholders.
In the execution of my duties, I ensure that the stakeholders remain engaged throughout the Project Life Cycle, from ideation phase through Post Implementation Support and Handover to Super Users.
Through the years of experience as a Snr BA Consultant, I have had opportunities to demonstrate problem solving skills which helped the team for early stakeholder buy-in. I work closely with the design, DBA and QA teams and this helps with alignment regarding the solution capabilities and a more acceptable BA Approach to the project tasks.
In my ongoing quest for self-improvement I have recently acquired Certification in Data Analytics Fundamentals from Databricks Academy, the Databricks Accredited Lakehouse Fundamentals. This enables me with better insight into Data Analytics space to make data-driven recommendation to business stakeholders.
