I am a black female graduate with an ND: Food Technology qualification which has equipped me with knowledge on New Product Development, HACCP, Microbiology, and Quality of production. I also have obtained a BTech in Project Management and a BTech in Quality Management Systems qualifications. I have been exposed to Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Control types of work and have 5 years of experience working with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP’s, SOP’s, SSOP’s, and general production.
I have also been exposed to the packaging industry where I worked with BRC and Quality ISO 9001 system.
