I am a Registered Psychometrist and Assessment Consultant. I am passionate about all things human - Psychology, behaviour, communication and relationship building.

Having completed my internship within a corporate environment, I have obtained direct exposure in talent acquisition, talent management, development, and the use of assessments in organisations. I am also accredited in a number of assessment tools utilised in the recruitment and development process.

I have been working as an Assessment Consultant at a banking organisation and hold 2 years of experience in the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments for a variety of purposes (such as recruitment/development/succession planning)

I also have experience in consulting and project management, assisting clients with finding the best assessment solutions for their needs

I hold a BA degree in psychology and communication sciences, an honours degree in psychology and a professional qualification in psychometrics
