- Conducting trials on recipes and machinery

- Filing all batch sheets in specified order for products produced daily
- Manage Halaal and Kosher Certification
- Conduct internal calibrations, and check weight results
- Supervise the hygiene/cleaning team
- Assist in SAP results recording and releasing of materials
- Assist with all SAP related quality transactions
- Evaluate incoming raw materials
- Review of production sheets and weight deviation.
- Assist with project investigations as and when required
- Participate in upholding FSSC 22000 Certification
