I'm a systems support tech which seeks employment in the software development environment. I am a unisa student which also has a mentor to upskill myself in software development at my workplace.
I assist by responding to queries logged using our help hub by our customers.
Guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
Applying basic data fixes through SQL.
Running diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
I assisted by providing telephonic and email 2nd line support and troubleshooting to all computer users at all stores (For some issues SQL is used to troubleshoot), Head Offices and the Distribution Centres within the Mr Price Group.
Liaised with external service providers to escalate problems where required.
Supported our suppliers who use our software.
