I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media & Communication with Sociology and Economics (for non- specialist) as electives at the University of Cape Town. I’m a diligent, collaborative, detail- oriented and innovative student currently seeking internship opportunities in broadcast media and fashion marketing. I'm familiar with all social media platforms, editing software's and enjoy working with a team to create content and learn.
I’m able to express myself very eloquently having trained and honed my speaking skills through 6 years of experience in debating, public speaking and the performing arts.
I'm currently pursuing my studies however have experience in film production and marketing. I've job shadowed 1410th Digital Film Producer Nelisa Furusa and Editor, Tongani Furusa in 2022. During the course, I actively engaged with crew members on set and was highly enriched and taught about the required skills for pre-production, production and post-production involved in commercial shoots. I've also created several digital videos and posters to promote school events.
Achieved a matric certificate with a bachelors pass in 2024 under the IEB curriculum at Roedean School (SA).
