I stated being a Technician before I knew its called being a Technician. I was fixing phones, software problems in PCs and resisting phones for those who forgot their password and bypassing google account on Android10 to lower devices then I choose to pursue a career in IT would.
My professional experience is that for every task you are assigned for you are responsible and you are accountable for it.
I finished my Diploma in Information Technology in 2022 at Berea Collage of Technology then I did my inservice training at KZN Department of Education where my role was a Technician. After my inservice training I got an online bursary at specon holdings where I obtained my certificates in Understanding the issues affecting the management of a local are computer network(LAN) and Administer security systems for a multi user computer system.
