• Investigation of online banking fraud transactions after clients were of victims of fraud after being defrauded via phishing and pharming
• Interview clients who were victims of fraud to find out how they compromised their details and advise them on how to avoid being victims in the future
• Prepare reports to the bank Ombudsman after cases are investigated and clients lay complaints
• Prepare reports to give feedback to clients about cases and give them advice on which steps to take after the outcome
• Investigating withdrawals that took place on client accounts using debit and credit cards while the card was stolen, lost, retained, or stopped
