My name is Zimkhitha Mzayiya, born 13 December 1994.

I am submitting an application for Admin Clerk that was advertised on beBee site on the 10th of April 2023.

I have spent more of my working life of 5 years working as an administrator for various companies. During all that time I have logged thousands of hours doing everything related in admin, file processing, storing information in paper and digital form including maintaining database and filling systems. Preparing and editing reports, ensuring quality services and products are maintained. I have been point of communication between senior management and other colleagues within the organisation.

Administration of the student onboarding process.

Process student applications to registration enrolment and orientation.

Responsible for the academic department administration, student records, academic reports, and certificates/graduation.

Liaise with executives and senior managers.

Point of contact between staff members/lecturers and students.

Provide students and lecturers survey and feedback per programme.

Responsible for administration associated with all the programmes that Damelin P.E offers.

Involve with administration and functional support to the campus on order to ensure quality programme delivery at campus and quality student administration service and experience in student retention, etc.

Responsible for functions and events organizing for the campus and for the students, including any functions to be conducted or attended by the Lecturers.

Responsible for the everyday attendance registers for the students and for the lecturers, to provide feedback everyday to the General manager and the Academics manager for all the absenteeism of any of the students or staff member.

I have completed my matric in 2012 in at Cingani Secondary School.
