Most of my experiences were obtained in the Customer Service industry, where at Paymentology, I assisted customers telephonically and via emails (tickets) on a daily basis, by solving the card related isses and queries they had.
In Merchants, I was assisting customers with SIM card queries via telephone and also communicating with them through SMS's.
In Uvuyo Primary School, I was helping educators with the day to day readings, teachings, attendin workshops and also assistin them with school based activities.
I have matric and I obtained a National Senior Certificate.
