I spent most of my young career days working in different organisations and jobs so I can understand different fields and work environments, and be aware of what makes me happy and what I am passionate about.
I am currently a registered Psychometrist running the assessment center at the CSIR. Handling the whole assessment process for recruitment, development, team building, and assisting with the change management purposes with pyschometric assessments contribution.
I am in the process of completing my post-graduation diploma in organisational development at UNISA (left with one subject to completion). I am looking to transition from assessments and fully into OD / talent management and / or change management.
I have the background education, taking into account my postgrad studies, the NGP in industrial psychology subjects, as well as my experience assisting OD and talent teams from an assessment point of view, through talent reviews, individual development and team building.
I am interested in going fulltime into the talent and OD space and I hope this role will allow me the opportunity to do.
I have an honors in Psychology and currently registered as a Psychometrist with the HPCSA.
I am doing my last year in Organisational Development Post Graduate via UNISA Left with one subject.
