I have 10 years' experience as a Maintenance planner and scheduler in the petrol chemical industry. I specialized in day-to-day planning, Turnaround/General overhaul management and Shutdown execution.
I became a Planning Lead and have been in this role for the last 5 years. Where I now deal with Team management, couching and mentoring as well as process optimization and implementation.
