- Manage Human Resources Utilization Manage Performance Management, Grievances, HR Planning, Discipline and Employment Equity.
- Manage and control functions regarding Training and Development. By Co-ordinating and Monitoring of Training and Development
- Manage and control the Utilization of Resources ( Human and Physical Resources)
Conduct quarterly assessments of Personnel, Plan leave annually, Manage absenteeism, to ensure service delivery, Assist Personnel with work or personal problems by following the referral procedures.
