 I am confident I have the qualifications in Technical Support NQL level 4 I did my NQF In 2021 at Richfield I finished same year and now am currently doing NQF Level 2 in False Bay college, am looking forward to work or do learnership with Help Desk Support analyst and am quicker candidate to learn new skills. 

Currently I don't have experience.

I did Technical Support at Richfield NQF level 4 in 2021 the subject I was doing were, Communication 1st language, Mathematics, Basics of network, Advanced End User Computing Volume 2, Communication 2and language, Help Desk Technology, PC Hardware Support, PC engineering.
