Great products are not created in a vacuum but by great people interacting through great processes. I am a Senior Business Analysis wholeheartedly focused on bringing out the best of a product by helping my team to understand the requirements, verifying them with the users, and putting up processes that facilitate the feedback loop.

· Efficient in defining, analysing, and achieving business goals.

· Reputation for gaining an in-depth understanding of project value and core concerns prior to recommending and implementing effective business solutions.

· Utilize superior communication, leadership, team collaboration, staff training, and time management skills to build consensus across relevant parties and drive business success.

I have the ability to understand what people need even when they can’t fully explain it. That goes for for my clients as well as my team.

I bring people and ideas together. I know how to prioritize and juggle and think on my feet.

I am clear on the long-term ambition and keep my team directed towards it.

I add fresh energy to my diverse team and raise our work higher.

More prosaically, I plan projects, build timelines, organize people and get things done.
