With over 14 years of leadership experience spanning government, private, and multilateral sectors, I specialize in steering complex strategy and operations projects. My expertise lies in healthcare, life sciences, and digital transformation, primarily across the GCC, where I have led large-scale initiatives such as Qatar's national health insurance scheme and Saudi Arabia's clinical trials ecosystem reform. I have managed cross-functional teams and held P&L responsibility for businesses worth USD 200 million, consistently delivering scalable implementation and strategic advisory from policy design to execution.
My career began in the private sector with ITC Ltd., where I honed my operational and commercial acumen by managing a diverse consumer goods portfolio, leading large field teams, and implementing sales force automation that significantly scaled turnover. This foundation in execution was pivotal for my subsequent role in public service with the Chief Minister's Governance Fellowship in Chhattisgarh. There, I drove grassroots impact, leading the operational turnaround of a state-run sugar mill and launching community development projects, which ingrained a deep understanding of on-the-ground implementation and stakeholder mobilization.
Transitioning into global consulting, I spent over five years with IQVIA and the Asian Development Bank, specializing in health systems strategy. I led high-stakes projects for entities like India’s National Health Authority and Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health, designing national health insurance schemes and policy frameworks that impacted hundreds of millions of beneficiaries. This involved complex stakeholder management, international benchmarking, and strategic advisory at the ministerial level.
Currently, as a Principal Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, I apply this accumulated expertise in strategy and cross-sector leadership to the GCC’s frontier sectors, developing national biotechnology strategies and advising private equity on healthcare investments, closing the loop from grassroots operations to macroeconomic policy.
During my MBA at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, I immersed myself in the rigorous Finance and Marketing curriculum, building a strong analytical and strategic foundation. This academic journey was complemented by active participation in the competitive campus landscape. I emerged as the winner in multiple inter-college events, testing my skills against peers from top institutions.
My leadership was put to its ultimate test in a closely run election for College President. Though I finished as the runner-up, the campaign honed my ability to mobilize support, communicate a vision, and organize effectively—experiences that directly inform my professional approach to stakeholder engagement and strategy execution today.
