Running 17 Years of experience in clinical laboratories as a clinical Scientist, Microbiologist/Clinical microbiology Lab in Charge/Microbiology Technologist at various hospitals, referral laboratories and medical centers in India, Dubai and Sharjah.

 At present working as a

I) Clinical Scientist as managing team members of 65 staff, Includes team leaders and each department’s Supervisors in Molecular Biology (Includes Covid and Routine) and Clinical Microbiology laboratories.

II) Safety officer - providing Safety practice and appropriate training to be observed by all the individuals inside the clinical laboratory premises to prevent occupational injuries, Illness and causality that is directed towards the control of all types of hazards encountered in the performance of official duties with emphasis on the biosafety and chemical safety.

 Conducting seminar classes on SOP, QSP and process of the laboratory workflow to the lab technologist.

 Conducting seminar class on Safety practice and the appropriate training to prevent occupational injuries and type of hazards.

 Have worked as Clinical laboratory In charge heading a team of 14 lab technicians for group of hospitals owned by Spain trust with the capacity of 1200 beds divided in to three large hospitals specialized in different disciplines of medicine.

 Have worked with Immunocompromised/ Immunosuppressed patients, worked with different kind of opportunistic microorganisms and their intrinsic antibiotic resistance, HIV viral load, HIV Drug susceptibility and resistance, CD4 cell count.
