Liaising with Client to identify and define project requirement, scope and objectives
Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings. Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedules management
Understand building design and construction and how Way-finding & Signage relates to a variety of spaces.
Coordinate detailed design concepts, assist with design and technical coordination among disciplines
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to determine project scope and requirements
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Visit sites/clients for job briefs and measurements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
