• Coordination with our client engineers for the requirements of the project
• Obtaining necessary approvals from Various Government Authorities, area municipalities, and all the concerned service providers & prepare all necessary documents of project.
• Manage all the Ministries process and conduct meetings and site visits whenever necessary to execute the works
• Coordinate project activities for multiple projects across all phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control & closure
• To achieve project targets as per top management requirements
• Manage good relationship with International customers/clients like SEIMENS – SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC – TOSHIBA - VOLTAMP - TESLA PCS 
• Coordination with the Vendors for Procurement and on time delivery of materials

• Manage all the visa related process for the client/customer during business visits to the factories for the project.
• Prepare monthly Cost & Sales invoices
• Preparation of Material Approvals Sheet (MAS) documents and maintaining the track sheets for the same
• Preparation of Weekly Work Schedule (Fortnight) and get it Approved from Client Project Engineer & Site teams
• Execution of Project as per Project Schedule, Client’s Specifications/Standards and with respect to approved Drawings 
• To ensure the project team to comply with all the HSE procedures and plan following at the site per HSE standard and client’s requirements
• Raising Request For Inspection (RFI’s) for every stages as per client requirement & maintain track sheet
• To ensure sufficient resources of Manpower, Machinery and Materials available to carry out the above work schedule before commencement of particular activity
• Conducting Meetings with Sub-Contractors to Review Site Progress & Performance 
• Maintain all the Quality documents as per the approved PQP
