Projects Handled in HVAC:

The Grand & Downtown views Residential Tower Dubai,

Diera Mall, The Address Harbour Point.

Responsibilities Handled in HVAC Design:

• Drafting & Modeling of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting.
• Developing Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and

Plumbing Revit families.

• Drafting for plan layout, schematic, section, and

standard detail drawing with Schedules and sheet list.

• Coordination for shop drawing, LOD 300-400 is used

and provide clash free report with complete fabrication,

assembly, and detailed information

• Able to assist BIM Manager to provide clash reports

using NAVISWORKS and Produce 3D renderings,

visualization, and animation walk-through when required.

Projects Handled in Millwork Interior Fit-out:

Aloft, Avid, Marriott, Hilton, Cambria, Hyatt Regency

Responsibilities Handled in interior Fit-out Design:

• Utilize AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS to design custom-crafted

wood products and Millworks such as Kitchen

Cabinets (Indoor and Outdoor), Wall Units & Built-in

Shelving, Wine Vaults & Cellars, Entertainment Venues &

Bars, Office Reception Desks & Systems.

• Creating designing and providing 3D models of the

millwork based on the PM set requirements with production standards.

• Production level drawings will be provided once the

preliminary level is approved by the EIS.

• Handling the materials required (BOM) for the

manufacturing of the required components.

• Development of the hand sketch/2D drawing to 3D model

for production as per customer aspects.
