I have over eight years of experience working in customer service where I learned how to interact with customers in a professional and efficient manner. I have excellent communication and listening skills, which is necessary to understand what guests want, even when they are not completely sure about themselves. I am always polite, friendly and treat guests as they are the most important person in the world.

Escorting guests to their rooms, delivering their luggage, and explaining facility features. I have the ability to make reservations for guests or obtain tickets to the local attractions and events. I can also help arrange tours and even recommend the best places to go shopping.
