Functionality:

• Technical support of airlines. Solve technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer,
• analyze reported problems for potential safety issues; recommend and manage resolution,
• develop customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of the airframe, systems and support equipment,
• conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to understand root cause,
