I am an individual deeply committed to a continuous learning mindset, dedicated to knowledge-sharing, and passionate about cultivating a collaborative and supportive work environment. I possess a strong enthusiasm for my career and actively seek opportunities to further develop my expertise. During my leisure time, I engage in extensive reading, immersing myself in a variety of informative mediums such as blogs, books, articles, and academic journals.

Throughout my professional career, I have adopted an activities-based learning approach that focuses on applied knowledge, aiming to connect students to the real world. I believe in creating a dynamic and interactive classroom environment where students can actively participate and develop their skills. Keeping myself updated with the latest technology and current scenarios, I often research case studies and spotlight relevant examples to enhance the learning experience.

I hold an MBA in Marketing & Finance from RK University. During my academic journey, I had the valuable opportunity to intern at large companies, which provided me with practical experience and strengthened my understanding of the business world. In my previous role as an assistant professor, I achieved significant milestones, including presenting a paper at an international conference and publishing it in an esteemed international journal.

These experiences have honed my analytical skills and nurtured my critical thinking abilities.
