Key Responsibilities

 Establishment of WBS and development of baseline schedule for the project by using Primavera P6 software.

 Quantity, resource loading, capex loading for each activity in the baseline schedule using Primavera P6 software.

 Responsible for updating the schedule by using Primavera P6 software.

 Involved in preparation of Basis of Schedule document.

 Tracking actual project progress against master project plan.

 Identify bottlenecks in terms of associated areas connected with project delivery.

 Coordinate with other departments to ensure timelines are respected in their respective areas to support timely delivery of project.

 Frequent interaction with client and project team members.

 Responsible for preparing the monthly performance dashboard containing projects S-curve, earned value analysis.

 Conduct weekly review meeting with the client and prepare minutes of meeting.

 Preparation of weekly project rolling action item list.

 Identifying potential risk and suggest risk mitigation plans to contribute to the timely completion of project.

 Responsible for preparation of project monthly status report.

 Liaise with concerned departments for necessary coordination to support project department.

 Responsible for preparation of monthly HOD meeting presentation.

 Involved in preparation of Project Management formats and templates for the infrastructure project
