Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA and RTA online portal (raise structural inspection, apply for temporary fence permit, temporary land use permit, building construction permit, Parking permit, Entry & exit permit, and temp. road closure/diversion permit, sand supply, sand shifting, sand excavation, tree removal, dewatering, trail pit NOC etc.).
Focus experience in Project Planning (prepare project baseline Programme, recovery/mitigation programme, Impacted Programme, update programme, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claim pursuant to project contract & FIDIC clause/sub clause, Cash Flow, S-Curve, recourse histogram, progress alignment report, Compute prolongation cost and tracking of delay events, engineering submittals, long lead items, authority NOC’s & approvals), Project Management (liaise with subcontractor/supplier, negotiate and finalize commercial offer, review & finalize subcontract agreements, Preparing daily and weekly productivity report, raising of WIR, MIR and supervise work as per Project Specifications and company QA/QC policy), Cost Control (prepare Project invoice/Payment application, review and certify subcontractor payment application) and working with ERP system (raise and follow up purchase, service and Subcontractor request, upload updated primavera program).
