I am a PMP-certified Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years of Facilities Management experience in Abu Dhabi. I currently manage industrial and office facilities, overseeing MEP systems, HVAC operations, compliance, and cost control. Previously, I led integrated FM services for high-profile residential and mixed-use developments, managing teams, contractors, SLAs, and KPIs.

I started my career in hands-on MEP supervision, which gives me strong technical depth and practical problem-solving ability. My focus is on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and delivering measurable service improvements.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, graduating with Second Class Honors (Upper Division). My academic foundation provided strong technical knowledge in thermodynamics, HVAC, and mechanical systems design. I further strengthened my professional capabilities by earning the PMP® certification in 2020, enhancing my project management, leadership, and governance skills.
