N) for 6years(2015-2021) as customer service representative. As for my professional experience, I have the customer service skill were I put the customer first. The customer must be satisfied with the services I rendered to him or her. If am unable , then I send it to my superior were we shall provide the solution to that problem. 

Then I have to follow up customers who are using our products, given them updates of our new offers or products in the company.
