As for my professional experience, I have the customer service skill were I put the customer first. The customer must be satisfied with the services I rendered to him or her. If am unable , then I send it to my superior were we shall provide the solution to that problem.
Then I have to follow up customers who are using our products, given them updates of our new offers or products in the company.
Thirdly I have to make monthly report and send to the management telling them about customer issues face with our products and how far I went to solve the problem.
