I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities that could enrich both my personal and professional growth.

My professional career has been focused on Retail Merchandising and Buying, in fashion luxury and beauty companies. I started my work experience at Douglas, an international leading company in the Beauty market in Milan, where I was responsible for the selection and maintenance of the assortment.

During the time at Douglas, I gained strong analytical skills and knowledge of the business, and I learnt how to deal with the processes in a big corporate company. This experience has always pushed me over my limits, I learnt to be fast, to take responsibilities and risks, to grow my entrepreneurial spirit and be proactive.

As second experience, I took the opportunity to join Dolce & Gabbana, where my main responsibility is to create and maintain the OTB. I take decisions on the budget and I monitor the actual spending vs. plan on an ongoing basis.

My academic journey started in Milan at Università Cattolica, from where I moved to London and Barcelona, becoming open-minded and curious. I have always loved sports and I practiced artistic gymnastics for 15 years at semi-professional level, learning about commitment, excellence and how to be a team player and cycling for 10 years at professional level, learning about determination and never give up in the face of difficulties.
