A proven planner and an implementer with competencies in monitoring QHSE, Regulations as per IMO, MARPOL, Flag State, Company, USCG, AMSA and Classification. Sailed as Management level on board vessel involving dealing with various Class/Flag issues and day to day operations on board vessel.

Independently handling surveys and certification, managing relations with shore authorities (Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, Ship Agencies/Agents) of various nationalities. Overall responsibility of vessel maneuvering, coordination with various agencies and authorities ashore, regular on-board training sessions and ISM Implementation with New Rules and Regulations. Compliance with ISPS Code Requirements.

Efficient in vessel stowage planning and having command on software eg. Seacos, Navis, Mac3.

1. Sailing experience since 1996, worked as Deck Cadet to Master (29 years sea experience) on Dry cargo vessel (Bulk carrier but mainly on container vessel with companies like Mearsk, MSC, Seaspn and Bernhard Schulte (BSM).
2. Currently working with Jan De Nul, Abu Dhabi as Marine compliance Officer.
