I have spent the last 17 years in Facilities Management and the last 11 years spent working in Dubai looking after the Middle East, Africe and Turkey Region for a blue chip company providing them with Hard and Soft Facilities leadership. Other past roles include 20 years in Retail, experience in Distribution Centre Management, Loss Prevention and Security expertise. Lease renewals and negotiations, procurement, auditing, User Acceptance Testing Programmes, Ariba and Oracle Database.
I love a challenge, specifically in the Facilities Management Industry if I can choose. I have over 17 years experience in this field operating at Senior Manager / Director level. I started life in Retail, moving into Loss Prevention and Security, then into the FM space qualifying in Project Management along the way.
I have been based in Dubai since 2013 I most recently worked as a Regional FM Lead for the META region for a Blue Chip IT company Oversaw the FM delivery within 11 offices across 7 countries on the Region. Saying this, I am also flexible to relocate.
With a wealth of experience to offer including: Strong knowledge of the Middle East markets, Capex and Opex budget management, Various CAFM systems used, Strong Supplier Management, RFQ and Tender Processes, Space Planning, Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling, Fit Out Project Management, Office Relocation – upsize and downsizing, Landlord Liaison, Stakeholder management and communication, BMS knowledge. Proficient in SAP, Various CAFM systems, ProLease, Planon, Archibus, MS Office Suites, MS Teams. I have also reached Level 5 of IWFM recognition.
